Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
You are responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
If the item was damaged or defective on arrival, please contact us within 7 days with photos and details, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
