Delivery Timeframes

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been sent.

Couriers We Use

We use the following couriers depending on the destination and size of your order:

• Yodel and Evri for most UK deliveries
• Royal Mail for international orders, which is then typically handed to a local courier in the destination country

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email. You can use this to follow your parcel’s journey. If you have not received tracking details within your expected dispatch window, please check your spam folder first, then contact us.

Shipping Costs

• UK delivery is free on all orders
• International shipping costs are a flat rate of £3.99

International Orders

We ship to most international destinations. Please note the following:

• Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in the destination country
• Delivery times may vary depending on local postal services and customs clearance
• Cambridge Ceramics cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs processing

Packaging

Every order is carefully wrapped in protective materials to ensure it arrives safely. We have shipped over 450 orders and take great care with every single one. If your item does arrive damaged, please see our Refund Policy for next steps.
