  • We offer free delivery on all UK orders
  • We ship worldwide. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for delivery
  • We use Yodel, Evri, and Royal Mail depending on the destination
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, or customs processing
  • International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country

We offer a no-questions-asked 30 day return policy. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. As our ceramics are artisan pieces, slight variations in shape, colour, glaze, or finish may occur between items. Colours may also appear differently depending on your screen settings and lighting. These variations are characteristic of handcrafted ceramics and are not considered defects.
