We use Yodel or Evri for most UK deliveries. For international orders we sometimes use Royal Mail, which is then typically handed to a local courier in the destination country.

Returns & Refunds
Yes. We have a no-questions-asked 30 day refund policy. As long as the item is returned in the same condition it was received, we will issue a full refund. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on urns that have been used. Please ensure you are happy with your choice before use.
